At Skill Yantra, we aim to provide high-quality training programs, courses, workshops, and learning support to help professionals develop their skills and advance their careers.
We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. Therefore, Skill Yantra provides a 7-day refund window subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
A refund request may be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment or enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
The participant should not have substantially attended or completed the training program during this period.
The participant should not have extensively accessed or downloaded course materials, recordings, resources, or other learning content.
Any applicable third-party fees, payment gateway charges, or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed by Skill Yantra based on the applicable course and enrollment terms.
Refunds will generally not be available after the 7-day refund period has expired.
Refunds may also not be available where:
The participant has attended a substantial portion of the training.
Course recordings or learning materials have been extensively accessed or downloaded.
The participant has received or used significant course resources or services.
The participant has requested or completed a batch transfer, retake, or other course-related service.
The participant has violated the applicable Terms & Conditions.
The request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.
To request a refund, participants must contact Skill Yantra within the applicable 7-day period and provide:
Full name
Registered email address
Phone number
Course or training program name
Date of enrollment/payment
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests should be sent through the official Skill Yantra contact channel provided on the website.
Once a refund request is received, Skill Yantra will review the request and determine whether it meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.
If approved, the eligible refund will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the participant’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
If Skill Yantra cancels a training program or is unable to provide the purchased training as agreed, Skill Yantra may provide an appropriate alternative, batch transfer, or refund, as applicable to the circumstances.
Enrollment in a Skill Yantra program constitutes acceptance of this 7-Day Refund Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Skill Yantra reserves the right to review refund requests individually and to update this policy when necessary. Any updated policy will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
If Skill Yantra needs to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, we may provide an alternative batch, rescheduled session, or another suitable arrangement. Such circumstances will not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a participant does not attend the scheduled training sessions, misses classes, or chooses to discontinue the program after enrollment, the course fee will not be refunded.
Subject to availability, participants may request a batch change before the training begins. Approval of a batch-change request will be at the discretion of Skill Yantra.
Where applicable, certification or examination fees paid to an external certification body are subject to that organization’s own refund and cancellation policies. Skill Yantra does not issue such certifications and cannot guarantee refunds from an external certification body.
Before completing payment, participants are advised to review the course details, schedule, fees, inclusions, and terms carefully. Completion of payment confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.
