His passion lies in helping mentoring professionals and teams embrace Agile practices, improve collaboration, and deliver high-value products efficiently. With a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, he has successfully guided teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, enabling organizations to enhance productivity, collaboration, and product delivery. 

As the founder of Skill Yantra, Jitendra specializes in training mid-career professionals to transition into the Product Owner / Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master role. His programs focus on real-world Agile applications, helping individuals master Scrum practices, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile coaching.
